Review of The Panasonic Viera TXP50v10 Plasma Television

The Panasonic TX-P50V10B is a fantastic find for someone who is wanting to purchase a new television that can give them top of the line picture and sound quality, while offering a entire new world of options and features. The first of these features that caught my eye was the different viewing mode options. There are 5 different viewing modes: Dynamic, Normal, Cinema, THX and Gaming.

I can honestly say that the picture quality, no matter which mode you choose to view in, is absolutely fantastic and well suited to each modes purpose. In THX mode (THX certification is means the picture almost cinema quality) creates a picture that looks so real it feels like you could reach into the screen and touch the actors. The deep and vibrant colours coupled with an excellent response time in game mode beat all those other televisions hands down.

As if the fantastic picture quality on the Panasonic TX-P50V10B weren't enough, the amazing amount of features with this television blew my mind. The television comes with VIERA CAST which lets you to watch online content with a built in web interface, is DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance) compliant, is DivX compatible, comes with VIERA Tools and to top it all of this off the VIERA Link feature lets you to control multiple devices with just the VIERA Link remote.

The Freesat service is another awesome feature that you get when purchasing the Panasonic TX-P50V10B. This is a high definition (HD) digital satellite service that comes along with the television. The Freesat service provides you with free high definition programming, along with a lot of various interactive content. You can pretty much think of Freesat as your easy way to enjoy some pretty amazing sound, picture and free HD shows.

With previous televisions I have encountered trouble with lack of proper inputs. This problem has completely been solved with the TX-P50V10B. The inputs on this television include Composite video, Component video, S-Video, HDMI, the VIERA Image Viewer, PC, LAN (Local Area Network) and scart inputs. With all those choices you can pretty much find a way to connect just about anything and everything you can think of to hook up to a television.

As far as satisfaction goes, I am nothing but 100% overjoyed with the Panasonic TX-P50V10B Television. The price is a little steeper than a lot of the other televisions that have flooded the market these days, but when going for quality electronics I feel it is really worth spending a little bit more money in order to get the outstanding picture quality and great of features that come along with the Panasonic TX-P50V10B. It really doesn't matter whether you are a huge movie fanatic who wants to get as close as possible to cinema quality as you can without leaving the house, a gaming fan who wants graphics so life-like they feel a part of the game, or just someone who is looking for a new high quality television with great picture and sound, I would highly recommend giving the Panasonic TX-P50V10B a try.
