Un55B7000 Samsung - Amazing! Led All The Way!

I have waited long enough for a TV like this to come out. I'm holding out to buy a TV because they are always out with new technologies. I am very please with my purchase. I've played a little 'with the settings, but this picture is really amazing. My father was an old Samsung and was amazed at how the picture has changed since he bought his about 2 years ago.

The depth of Slim is simply mind blowing. I also UN55B7000 Samsung for a great price, after the huge Amazon promotional discount offered. A small part of my desires that I splurged for the 8000 series, but they are much happier with the image.

The concern that I had after reading the review of all overwhelmed LED is bleeding through the edges of the TV during dark scenes. I never noticed this at all. I think some people are just too critical about things. If you really focus on it you might notice, but if you're just looking at the image itself may not notice it. So do not base its decision on this issue.

UN55B7000 Samsung - Great Depth, Clarity and Detail, But Disappointing Blur & Jutter

I took delivery this HDTV on April 18, 2009, so I now owned by HDTV for about 4 weeks. I think that makes me experienced as any owner with this unit.

Pro :

Incredible depth, clarity and image detail. The color is excellent. The black levels are incredibly deep. Reds are red as the LaserVue. LED side-lighting of means of very low power consumption, and virtually no heat output. It is 1.2 centimeters thick, although I consider it an essential element.

Cons :

There is still the motion blur, ghosting and after imaging HDTV LCD. Luxia the 7000 is no exception. This unit is no exception. It can be used for LCD if you have owned for several years. One can note that if you do not watch sports or action movies quickly.

Smoothing 120Hz motion works well for sports broadcast. It does not work with Blu-Ray. He does strange and bizarre things to 24fps film. The motion looks fake or forged. The lips of the actor often tune out with the soundtrack.

Overall it is a good HDTV. Still, I'm sorry to leave my Samsung DLP, DLP and I will return to earth as soon as my model the target hits the market. DLP works better for movies.
